Didam

At the beginning of 2022, five special starter homes are being built at the Schoolstraat in Didam: except for the foundation, the homes will consist entirely of wood. The energy-efficient homes are built according to the HOUTbaar HUIS concept by TBI Woonlab. Commissioned by housing corporation Plavei, the homes are being built by Koopmans Bouwgroep on the basis of Sustainer's modular, prefab building system .home.
