Xylino

The first apartment building using the .home system is being developed by De Alliantie in the Homeruskwartier in Almere. For this project, there is a collaboration with Synchroon and Koopmans. The beautiful design comes from Arons and Gelauff architects.

In this project 53 social rented apartments, 40 medium-priced apartments and 10 single-family homes will be realized.

During construction, the houses emit over 90% less CO2 than a regular building made of steel and concrete. If you consider that buildings are responsible for more than a third of global CO2 emissions, you can imagine that this is the building of the future.
